"Cracker Jack" Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 tsp. salt
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except popped corn, into a medium pan. Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes.
    Pour over popped corn in a large roasting pan.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times. Cool; break into small pieces as it cools.
    Yields 6 quarts.
