Breakfast Before - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices whole wheat bread
    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 12-inch casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray. Lay slices of bread in bottom.
    Spread crumbled sausage over bread. Beat eggs, mustard, milk and mushroom soup until well mixed.
    Pour over sausage and bread.
    Refrigerate overnight.
