Zucchini Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 zucchini
    2 beaten eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    1/4 tsp. chopped parsley
    pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Grate the zucchini into a bowl and drain thoroughly.
    Stir in the eggs, 3 tablespoons flour, Parmesan cheese, chives, parsley, pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper. If mixture looks too liquid, add the 1 tablespoon flour.
    Drop batter in hot, oiled skillet as for small pancakes and cook until browned.
