Tuna Stuffed Jumbo Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 jumbo shells, cooked, drained and cooled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained and flakes
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green onion or sweet onion
1/2 c. shredded carrot
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation

In bowl, combine mayonnaise and sugar; add remaining ingredients.
Spoon into shells; cover and refrigerate.
