Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour with about 3 tablespoons pineapple juice. Add pineapple chunks and cheese.
    Mix well and spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crumbs over top.
    Then pour melted butter over crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
