Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. Spanish peanuts
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pop the popcorn in a large brown paper bag.
    Add nuts. In a large bowl, add butter, sugar and molasses.
    Place in a microwave and cook on High for 2 minutes.
    Must be boiling.
    If not, cook in 30 second increments until boiling.
    Stir in soda. Stir well. Pour over popcorn.
    Shake well.
    Fold over top of bag and place in microwave on High for 1 minute. Take out and shake.
    Do 3 times. Pour in a large bowl.
