Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. melted butter
    4 eggs
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well by hand.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Makes two 10-inch pies.
