Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground pork sausage
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
3 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
Drain reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Set sausage aside.
