Berry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sleeve graham crackers
1 stick margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) \"Philly\" cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) Jell-O
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. berries
Preparation

Crumble graham crackers and mix with butter (melted).
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over crust and chill.
Mix Jell-O, cornstarch and sugar and add to boiling water.
Cook until slightly thick.
Remove from heat and refrigerate until thickened, but not solid.
Add berries and pour over cream filling.
Use berries of any kind.
