Homemade V-8 Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 gal. pail tomatoes
    1 stalk celery
    3 medium onions
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes, celery, onions and green pepper until mushy. Blend in blender.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Pour into jars to freeze, or can same as tomato juice.
