Chicken And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cooked, boned and diced
    1 stick butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken. Bone and dice. Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter until tender. Cook noodles in chicken stock; drain, leaving about 1 cup stock in noodles.
    Mix the soup, mushrooms and cheese with the sauteed vegetables and chicken. Toss with the noodles, adding more stock if needed.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
