Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick oleo
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Heat potatoes until hot, then pour off liquid.
Combine potatoes with sugar, eggs, oleo, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Whip with mixer until smooth.
Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
