Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Beat well the eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and walnuts.
    Add carrots and pineapple.
    Mix all ingredients well and bake in 2 large loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
