Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients, except walnuts.\tPour and spread batter onto
a greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle the walnuts on top
of the
batter.
Bake\tat
375\u00b0
for
15 minutes.
After baking, immediately flip sheet cake over onto a towel or waxed paper
that is
sprinkled
with confectioners sugar.
Slowly, roll the
cake with the towel from one end to the other while it is warm.\tLet cool.
