Tuna Lasagne(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

4 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine, melted
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano flakes
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
12 to 14 oz. canned tuna
1/4 lb. lasagne noodles
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Saute the mushrooms, green pepper and onion in the margarine. Blend in the tomato sauce and paste, Cheddar cheese, spices and tuna.
Cook noodles.
