Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cream shortening and sugars.
    Add eggs, pineapple and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove to cooling rack. When cooled, frost with powdered sugar frosting.
