Whipped Cream Horseradish Sauce(Great With Prime Rib Or Roast!!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pt. (1 c.) whipping cream
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's seasoned salt is what I use)
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish or to taste, very well drained
dash of Tabasco

Preparation

Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold in seasoned salt, Tabasco and very well drained horseradish.
Yields 1 cup.
