Roast-N-Red Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast (beef)
    6 medium potatoes
    1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown roast on both sides.
    Season to taste, then add ketchup and water.
    Add potatoes and onion.
    Cook on medium until roast is tender.
    Add extra water during cooking as needed to thin gravy.
