Frozen Fruitcake Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 (4 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 medium bananas, diced
    1/2 c. candied cherries, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend together sour cream, dessert topping, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Fold in fruits and nuts.
    Turn into a 4 1/2-cup ring mold.
    Freeze overnight.
    Unfold on lettuce.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
