cut green sticks

Make a\tpoint
on
one\tend
of
a cut green stick (not oleander)
for each fish, about 4-inches longer than the fish. Tie the
fish to the stick at both the head and gills with the head toward
the
pointed end.
Push the stick into the ground next to the
coals\twith the head touching the ground.
Grill for 10 minutes.
