Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. plain flour
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients and place in oblong baking dish. Sprinkle crackers mixed in melted margarine on top.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
