Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 c. nuts (pecans)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Bake 1 hour or longer at 350\u00b0 in greased tube or loaf pan (tube pan is much better).
