Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts
    1 small carton sour cream
    Cheez-Its crackers
    1 stick margarine (more if needed)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Remove skin from chicken and place in pan close together.
    Salt and pepper.
    Spread a thin layer of sour cream over chicken.
    Crush the Cheez-Its crackers to make 1 to 2 cups of crumbs.
    Sprinkle these over the chicken.
    Melt the margarine and drizzle over chicken.
    Cook, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
