Italian Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 medium clove garlic
    3/4 c. olive oil
    3 or 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Put salt, peppers, mustard and sugar in jar with a screw top. Using a garlic press, add garlic.
    Add oil and vinegar (according to taste) and shake vigorously.
    Use at room temperature.
    Extra may be refrigerated for a week.
