Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. rump roast
    1 pkg. Lipton onion mix
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning or basil, rosemary and thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. water or 1 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Brown roast rolled in flour.
    Cook all day in slow cooker or crock-pot.
    After 4 hours, slice and put back in juice and continue cooking.
    Great for a quick hot beef sandwich.
    Freezes well for individual servings.
