Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated carrots
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add sour cream and stir until dissolved.
Place in refrigerator and chill until mixture gets to thickness of egg whites.
Add remaining ingredients. Place in mold and refrigerate until congealed.
Will make a large Pyrex oblong container full.
