Libby'S Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cut up bell peppers
    1/2 c. cut up onions
    1 stick oleo
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 eggs (Egg Beaters are fine)
    1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute peppers and onions in the hot oleo.
    Mix corn bread mix, eggs and both corns.
    Stir until all mix is moist.
    Add the peppers and onions.
    Pour into a greased oblong baking dish.
    Bake for 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cover top with sour cream and grated cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
