20 Minute Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 (17 oz.) whole kernel corn (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes (undrained)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 can ripe olives, quartered
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 c. cheese (Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Brown beef; add onion.
    Drain excess fat.
    Mix rest of ingredients, except cheese. Reduce heat, sprinkle cheese on top, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve hot with salsa.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Makes a skillet full.
