Judy'S Squash Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. cooked squash, mashed
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 unbaked deep-dish pie shells
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine with squash.
Add condensed milk and beat well with electric mixer.
Add pumpkin pie spice.
Divide mixture equally between 2 unbaked deep-dish pie shells.
Cover edges of pie shell with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for about 45 minutes or until done and lightly brown.
