Ambrosia Cookie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. pineapple liquid
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    11 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. packed flaked coconut
Preparation
    Cream cheese with sugar and pineapple liquid.
    Mix until smooth.
    Beat cream until stiff.
    Fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold in drained pineapple, Mandarin oranges and coconut.
    Pour in baked crust or graham cracker crust.
    Chill until firm.
