Frosty Strawberry Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. broken pecans
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. crushed strawberries
3 egg whites
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix flour, brown sugar, butter and pecans to crumble stage and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Stir once or twice during baking.
Beat egg whites to make stiff peaks.
Add sugar, lemon juice and strawberries (place berries in blender before adding to egg whites).
Beat all at high speed.
Whip cream and fold in.
Pour over crumb mixture and freeze.
Cut in squares to serve and garnish with fresh strawberries.
