Irish Soda Bread(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    3 beaten egg whites
    1 1/2 c. low fat buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl.
    Add raisins. Combine egg whites, buttermilk and oil.
    Add to dry mixture.
    Pour batter into a greased round iron frying pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
