Artichoke-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    onion powder to taste
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Half and quarter marinated artichoke hearts and place in a 9-inch square pan. Mix spinach, eggs and seasonings.
    Pour over artichokes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake until cheese melts, about 20 minutes.
    Cut in squares.
    Serves 9.
