Baked Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 7 yellow 6-inch squash
1 large onion, chopped
10 to 12 saltine crackers, crumbled
1 c. American cheese
1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash and cut up squash and peel onion.
Cook squash and onion in pot barely covered with water until done.
Add all other ingredients in order given.
Place in casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
