Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or butter substitute
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. blackberry jam
    2 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Take one cup of sour milk and dissolve soda.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add flour to mixture until you get a good batter consistency.
    Bake in a slow oven until done, approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
