Easy Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Let rise 1 to 2 hours.
    If in a hurry, add 2 teaspoons sugar. Spread dough on a greased pizza pan with fingers; dip fingers in flour.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    (Before baking, top with sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings.)
    Yield:
    2 large pizzas.
    (If only 1 crust is desired, freeze 1/2 of this dough after mixing.)
