Sour Cream Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, finely chopped (1 c.)
    1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, sour cream, catsup, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased loaf pan or a ring mold. Spread evenly and press down firmly.
