Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can French onion soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cube steak and brown in small amount of butter or olive oil in an electric skillet or in a large skillet on the stove. Mix soups (undiluted), salt and pepper. Pour over beef and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours. When meat is tender, add sour cream and mushrooms. Serve over noodles or rice.
