Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beef shin bones
    1 medium to large chopped onion
    2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All vegetables
    1 small can crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place meat, seasonings and onion in 6-quart crock-pot.
    Add water to half full. Cook on high for 4 to 5
    hours.
    Remove meat. Add drained vegetables and tomatoes.
    Pick meat off bones.
    Add to soup.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
