Pecan Crunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. graham crackers, rolled fine
    1 c. sugar (scant)
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake 25 minutes in well buttered Pyrex at 300\u00b0.
    Top with whipped cream; garnish with cherry.
