Great Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. meat drippings
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Blend meat drippings and cornstarch over low heat until it has a rich brown color, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add water, salt and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Boil gently 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
