Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 1/2 c. cut rhubarb
Preparation
    Beat the egg yolks.
    Add the sugar, mixed with flour, and the melted butter.
    Stir until smooth.
    Line a medium-sized pan with pastry and arrange the cut rhubarb in it.
    Pour over the sugar mixture and place in a hot oven at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cover with meringue and return to oven for 15 minutes.
