Bacon And Cheddar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, browned, crumbled and drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In large bowl, combine Bisquick, milk, oil and egg. Mix well. Fold in cheese and bacon. Put in muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
