Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced and unpared (about 4 small)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano
    dash of pepper
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown (about 24 minutes). Cut into rectangular pieces, about 2 x 1-inch. Refrigerate any remaining pieces.
    Makes 4 dozen.
