Overnight Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2/3 c. margarine, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add buttermilk, margarine and eggs. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Spoon batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine remainder of brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover next morning and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
