Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. parsley
bread crumbs (approximately 1 c.)
Preparation

Mix hamburger, cheese, garlic and parsley. Add bread crumbs (one cup, more or less) until the consistency of dough. Mix well. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Fry in olive oil.
