Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    1/3 c. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Pack loosely in airtight container and keep in refrigerator.
    To use take 1 cup mix and 1/3 cup milk or water.
    Bake on cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
