Diabetic Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. diet margarine
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar substitute
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1 large mashed banana
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order given; drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet which has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
If dough is chilled for an hour or so before baking, dough will be easier to handle.
