Chicken Liver Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken livers
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 Tbsp. butter
2 large Spanish onions
1 c. cream sherry
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut each chicken liver in half.
Put flour, salt, pepper, paprika and livers in a plastic bag and shake to coat.
