Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 bell peppers
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 c. V-8 juice
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped canned tomatoes
Preparation

Blanch cleaned and deseeded bell peppers.
Brown meat and drain well.
Add all ingredients except cheeses.
Cool.
Add cheese and stuff peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
